For those clients who may wish to retrieve products directly from our Miami based distribution facilities, please call in advance to arrange for retrieval. ISS distribution facilities are conveniently located in the city of Miami near Bird Road (also known SW 40th street) and the Palmetto Expressway (also known as SR 826). The streets and avenues in the general area can be quite confusing therefore, please consider printing a map to aid in timely arrival.

For those clients who may request hand delivery at Miami International Airport, 24 hour advance notification is required, providing airline, flight number, expected arrival time and a mobile number to coordinate optimal delivery.
